Refund & Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances can change, and we aim to be fair while also respecting the time, effort, and energy invested in preparing your sessions and courses. Please read the following carefully before making a booking or purchase.

1. One-on-One Sessions / Readings

Once a personal session (reading, consultation, or healing session) is booked, no refunds will be issued. This is because your time slot is exclusively reserved for you.

If you are unable to attend, you may reschedule the session by notifying us at least 24 hours in advance.

Missed appointments without prior notice will be considered completed, and no rescheduling or refund will be possible.

In case of unforeseen emergencies from our side, the session will either be rescheduled to a mutually convenient time or fully refunded.

2. Live Courses / Workshops

Once payment is made for a live course or workshop, no refunds will be provided.

However, we understand that life happens. If you are unable to join the current batch you paid for, your enrollment will be fully managed and moved to the next available class or batch upon your request.

All participants will receive full class recordings and PDFs, so you can continue learning even if you miss a live class.

If we cancel or reschedule a live course from our side, participants will have the option to receive a full refund or attend the rescheduled sessions.

3. Recorded / Self-Paced Courses

All recorded courses come with lifetime access to videos, PDFs, and chat support.

Since the content is delivered instantly after purchase, no refunds will be provided once access is granted.

If you face technical issues (such as login problems, video access errors, or download difficulties), we will provide full technical support until the issue is resolved.

Please review the course description carefully before purchasing to ensure it meets your learning needs.

4. General Notes

Refunds, if approved in exceptional circumstances, will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original mode of payment.

Our policies are designed to protect both learners and facilitators, ensuring fairness and accountability.
