Appointment Terms and Conditions

Booking an Appointment

  • All appointments must be booked in advance through our official website, WhatsApp, or other approved booking methods.

  • Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive details regarding your session timing and mode (online/offline).

  • Please ensure that all information provided during booking is accurate. Any incorrect details may result in delays or cancellation of your session.

Payment Policy

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your appointment.

  • Payments are non-transferable unless approved by us in special cases.

  • If payment is not received, the appointment slot will not be reserved.

Rescheduling Policy

  • You may request to reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Rescheduling is subject to availability.

  • Last-minute rescheduling (less than 24 hours) will not be entertained.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Client Cancellations:

    • Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance may be eligible for a partial refund (processing fee may apply).

    • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session will not be eligible for a refund.

  • Provider Cancellations:

    • If we need to cancel or reschedule your session due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be given the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

Late Arrivals

  • Please join on time. A grace period of 10 minutes is allowed.

  • If you are late beyond 10 minutes, the session may be shortened, and no extra time will be added.

  • If you fail to show up without notice, it will be considered a “no-show” and no refund will be provided.

Session Policy

  • Sessions are strictly personal and non-transferable.

  • Recording of the session without prior permission is prohibited.

  • You agree to attend the session in a distraction-free environment to receive the best results.
