All payments are to be made 100% in advance of the start of the counseling session.
If the session is canceled 48 hours before the allotted time of the session the customer is entitled to a 50%
refund, or else the money will be forfeited.
If the customer is a no-show for the session then also the entire advance paid is forfeited.
Refund can be claimed on your orders upto a period of 3 days (Post approval from management) from the date of your payment. If it has been 3 days since your payment, you are not eligible to claim a refund.
How to claim?
To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase or your registered email ID through which you initiated the purchase. It is also necessary that the credit or debit card through which you made the purchase should be active. If it has been cancelled, then a refund becomes difficult.
It may take upto 10 days for the refund amount to reflect in your account after it has been processed from our end.
Once you receive a confirmation from our end that the refund has been processed, you need to wait for a period of 5-7 days until the amount reflects in your account.
If you do not receive the refund amount, you need to contact your bank or check with your credit card provider.
